Home Automation
We will install an HAI Home Control system that will be the heart of
your automated home.
The Home Control system will integrate security, heating & cooling, lighting and
whole home
home audio system together for comfort, convenience and safety.
Having everything integrated will allow home to act as one unit. A change
to one system, such as
the security system, can cause another system, such as the thermostat, take
some action.
So when you arm the security system for night time, the thermostat can be set
back.
The heart of the Home Control system is the HAI Omni controller. This is
computer like system with its own
programming language and the ability to connect and
communicate to many sensors and external devises.
Built into the Omni controller is security system that can
be programmed to monitor door sensors and motion sensors.
It can be setup to communicate to security monitoring
companies and/or contact you via phone or text messaging
if the system is tripped.
A typical install will include HAI thermostats so the controller
can monitor and adjust the home temperature. In conjunction
with temperature sensors it can also alert the home owner
of a possible freeze situation in the home. |

The Omni has several options for
user interface to the system.
Each system must have at least one keypad
of Touch Screen that will allow the user to
and control the Omni system and all other
systems integrated to it.
This can include controlling lights, security setting, thermostats and home audio
system |
Remote access to the Home Control system can
be done via a telephone or an Internet connection.
Using Snap-Link from you key chain, you
can monitor and control the entire system from
any PC with access to the Internet.

HAI has a full line of thermostats that will work many type of heating and
cooling system.
They can be operated as stand-alone thermostats and/or controlled by the Home
Controller.
You can now better manage your heating and cooling costs by automatically
adjusting the temperature when the home is not occupied. |
The Home Controller can control the lights in the home using industry standard
technology such as UPB and X10 that use existing home wiring.
The HAI scene switch and light switches can be operated as a normal switch
and/or be controlled by the Home Controller. |
